1. What this covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage technologies used on siafundy.com and in the client dashboard. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Strictly necessary storage

These are required for the platform to work and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other websites.

• Authentication session: keeps you signed in and protects against session hijacking.
• Security tokens: protect forms and requests against cross-site request forgery.
• Language preference: remembers whether you chose English or German.
• Cached market rates: stores the last known crypto price data so values still display if the price feed is briefly unavailable.

3. Functional storage

These remember choices you make so the interface behaves consistently — for example whether the sidebar is collapsed, or the last tab you had open in a case file. They are not used for profiling.

4. What we do not use

We do not run advertising cookies, third-party marketing pixels, cross-site trackers or data brokers on this platform. We do not sell browsing data.

5. Third-party content

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can open directions to our office. When that frame loads, Google may set its own cookies under its own policies. If you would rather avoid this, use the plain address rather than the embedded map.

6. Controlling cookies

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will sign you out and prevent the dashboard from functioning.
