Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and SiaFundy in respect of your use of our website, client dashboard and investigation services. By creating an account you confirm that you accept them.

If you do not accept these terms, do not create an account or use the platform.

2. Eligibility and onboarding

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Accounts are individual: you may not share credentials or allow another person to act on your account.

Before we can act on your behalf we must complete customer due diligence. We may refuse, suspend or terminate an account where verification cannot be completed or where screening returns a result we cannot accept.

3. The services we provide

We do not provide investment advice, tax advice or legal advice, and nothing on the platform should be read as such.

  • KYC onboarding, including identity verification and sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening.
  • AML transaction monitoring across your account activity.
  • Investigation of reported crypto losses using on-chain analysis and AI-assisted tooling.
  • Custody and administration of assets credited to your account, including recovered assets.

4. No guarantee of recovery

Crypto loss investigation is inherently uncertain. Funds moved through mixers, non-cooperative exchanges or non-custodial wallets may be permanently unrecoverable.

We do not guarantee that any asset will be traced, frozen or returned. Progress indicators, estimated timelines and case statuses shown in your dashboard are operational estimates, not commitments.

5. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete and current information, and update it when it changes.
  • Do not submit falsified documents, fabricated loss reports or third-party data you have no right to share.
  • Keep your credentials and two-factor device secure and tell us immediately if you suspect compromise.
  • Do not use the platform to launder proceeds of crime, evade sanctions or finance terrorism.

6. Deposits, withdrawals and balances

Balances shown in your account reflect our records of assets credited to you. Fiat values are indicative and derived from third-party market data that may be delayed or unavailable.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review, available balance and compliance checks. We may hold, decline or reverse a request where we identify a compliance concern, and we will record a reason in your transaction history.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, sanctions exposure or breach of these terms, or where required by law. Where an account is suspended, you will be shown a notice and may contact support.

You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any open case or balance.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from market movements, third-party service failures, or your own failure to secure your credentials.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Where changes are material we will notify you through the platform or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
